I used No Worries when I first arrived in the UK for about 2 years. All I can say is that Claire Weir is amazing. She was super friendly and patient with all my questions about things that where all new to me. She always responded quick to any query or request that I had. Thank you Claire for all the effort! I will always recommend No Worries to family and friends.

I have been using No Worried Red Umbrella as a Contractor for almost 2 years and I cannot recommend them enough - and it is all due to Claire Weir. Claire is really what makes NWRU worth it. I am sure there are plenty of companies offering this type of service out there, but I doubt they have a "Claire" - from keeping me informed daily of all important stuff (dates, mishaps, and everything in between), to helping me submit invoices and expenses, and generally being my point of contact every time I need assistance. The website is also very easy to use, and once you login all the documents you need are easy to access (your payslips, P45, etc). I cannot recommend them enough!

Its taken me some time to write this testimonial owing to matters beyond my control- delay of nearly 2 months. Neglecting to put my views and experience in writing would be unfortunate and it would be on my conscious for ever. My period of employment with NWRU has been for over 3 years and over this period I was fortunate to establish a good relationship with NWRU staff. They were very gracious in assisting me with any assistance I required. All responses were extremely quick and friendly. No Worries Umbrella truly lived up to its name. I was onboarded and taken care of by the fantastic Claire Weir - all my queries were always answered within the same hour by her, and I never had any issues with payment or payroll. My fees are always banked in to me the same morning it's released by the contracting company. I'd happily recommend NWU to any contractor!

I have been so lucky to be in the safe hands of Claire and her team over the last two years. Claire is by far the very best and, nothing is too much or too silly. Her service is attention to detail, and methodical in everything, giving clear explanation as to what this and that means and, why. Most important for me, was the no nonsense approach, being open and transparent throughout. This particularly appealed to me in bucket loads. And, this is what I got. At last, someone to trust, who is honest and so reliable. No longer do I feel alone and I'm stress free and smiling.Being new to IR35, I didn't have a clue as to what on earth this involved or, meant. Having previously been scammed with an Umberella Co, I was really nervous as to who to trust. Claire is completely reassuring...... a breath of fresh air. The team has been looking after me for a year - their services, responsiveness and attention make up for some of the sadness I feel when paying unfair taxes as a contractor in short term projects. The system works as Swiss clock - hence no worries.

My partner and I are both working under an umbrella, but we use different companies. I am with No worries. This is just to explain that I am well aware of the differences between the services we received. For example, my queries are always answered quickly and to my satisfaction, while he usually waits for one week, if he contacts them via email or two hours in a queue, if he wants to speak with them over the phone. If I compare myself to my colleagues, I have the immense advantage of submitting my timesheet electronically for the invoice while they have to write an email, often messing with the hours. No worries is an excellent umbrella company, cheaper than many others and I have no hesitation in recommending it for your business. Thank you Claire for being always super helpful.

Best umbrella ever - so happy i shopped around and found you. Totes amaze in every way. 10/10 for effectiveness, customer service and responsiveness. Doing business is solely not about collecting money from clients, it is more about the Humans behind that money. Claire and Chris understand this very well and I really do appreciate it. I am telling what I did experience in turbulent times. Claire W. and Chris O. lend a hand and assist in every ways. As far as I am concerned this is how I see doing business therefore I can honestly say that NoWorries is second to none and based on my experience: they are humans, professionals and they deliver an excellent service !
