We are in the business of entering into contracts to supply the services of our workers to clients and agencies. As such we expect that when engaging with you on this understanding that you act in good faith at all times.
We will have arrangements in place with each client for work which, under our arrangements, will be performed by you on our behalf.
If after entering into a contract of employment with NWRU; you choose to end an Assignment and/or terminate the employment you should inform us in accordance with the terms of your contract of employment and we will follow the procedure there set out. Retrospective notice to terminate a contract and/or your employment is not permitted and so you will be expected to provide us with at the very least the professional courtesy of fulfilling any applicable notice period agreed.
If you are unwilling to satisfy the term of an assignment and/or provide us with the required period of notice (where applicable), your failure to comply will be treated as a breach of contract and the appropriate action will be taken against you.
